Strengthened into birth with dates
For many centuries, the date has been attributed a positive effect in various cultures, as it is a symbol of prosperity, fertility and health. It is sweet and contains many important nutrients such as fiber, vitamins A and B6, folic acid, vitamin K, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, various antioxidants and amino acids that promote our everyday well-being.

In many cultures, especially Islam, the consumption of dates during pregnancy has been recommended for centuries. This recommendation has prompted many researchers, primarily from Iran and Jordan, to conduct studies on date consumption. These studies have shown many positive outcomes, including labor duration, postpartum bleeding, and the use of labor drugs.

How did I start selling dates?
I have been recommending the consumption of dates as a birth preparation for some time.
My husband is Israeli and when he came to Switzerland and bought dates he was extremely disappointed: they were dry and had no taste compared to the dates you can buy in Israel. So we came up with the idea of selling high-quality dates in a self-made wooden box, because quality always tastes better.
