ingredients
It has long been known that dates are considered a superfood. But why?
The small fruit contains a lot of ingredients and provides our body with many vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants and carbohydrates.
All of these ingredients help our body with a wide variety of tasks, whether it is for converting carbohydrates, proteins and fats into energy, for cell division and cell growth, for the health of the nervous system and the immune system or also for the stool- and blood sugar level- or blood pressure regulation

In other words, the ingredients of the dates are as follows:

Carbohydrates, fiber, potassium, magnesium, copper, vitamin B6, vitamin K, folic acid, calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin C
Origin
The Medjool dates sold come from the Negev desert in Israel.
storage
Dates keep best and taste best if you store them in the fridge or freezer.
The box is packed in such a way that one layer is always a ration for one week, which means you can store the box in the freezer and put a week's ration in the fridge for better accessibility.

Note: due to the naturally high sugar content, the dates may have a white coating, this coating is normal but is often mistaken for mold.
