Date and walnut salad

Ingredients:

-200g baby spinach

-100g rocket salad

-60g walnuts, chopped

-75g dates, pitted and cut into small pieces

-30g feta, crumbled

-60ml balsamic dressing

Preparation:

  1. Place the baby spinach and rocket in a salad bowl and toss to combine.

  2. Spread the walnuts, pieces of dates and the feta on the salad.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic dressing and serve.
